Oh. I'm dead; once again. I gotta finish my part of the global project and I haven't started. My time on the computer is limited to 2 hours today because I went on almost all day this oh so short vacation. My group is gonna kill me :[ I don't understand why I can never finish all my school work and have at least one free day, that's impossible for me.

I've been extracting PNGs lately, since I'm behind in updating my PNG archive. My goal is to have at least 30 done by Christmas :3 Anyone wanna contribute/suggest images I can extract? Preferably on a large scale (scans can be found at sites like Minitokyo). Please provide the link.

I also want to make a layout for this blog. I just need to figure out the classic template coding when I have the time...

Letter MEME

14:31
Alyssa wanted me to post but not much has happened except I most likely failed all three tests I had yesterday (global: ugh, phys. ed.: eh?, bio: omg, I'm screwed). I need to catch up on anime I missed out on this whole week (with all the projects and shit that needed to be done). Currently, I have like 5 episodes loaded (with like 20 queueing) and I've only managed to barely finish one since I woke up (which was like four hours ago)... Now I need to shower and go to my cousin's house.

Dear Janie:

I don't really know how to tell you this, but our affair is over. I think I realized it when I quoted Santa as you ate enchilada and I saw you carve your initials into my father. I'm sure you're cowardly enough to understand that there is no solution to this. I'm returning your ring to you, but I'll keep the oil stocks as a memory. You should also know that I never openly mocked a new life as a clone .

Go burn,
Connie

Lmao, just kidding :3 I got this off deviantart a while ago and wanted to post it one day. It said I should tag 5 people but only 2 people actually visit so whatever: Alyssa & Janie. Instructions for this is here!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

I should be studying but I forgot

18:14
I got this off Alyssa's blog~ I was going to put it up yesterday but forgot :3
  • Recent studies show that 92 percent of teenagers have moved on to rap. If you're part of the 8 percent that stayed with rock, put this in your profile blog. - I don't like rap :X Rap these days...always about sex.
  • If you don't use Myspace and are proud enough to make it public, copy and paste this into your profile blog. -I have a myspace but no longer use it, lmao.
  • If you have ever spent too much money at Barnes and Nobles, put this in your profile blog. - I never went to Banes and Nobles before, much less, spent money there.
  • If you ever wished you could talk to animals or be an animal, copy and paste this into your profile blog. - It would be nice although I've read a story about a girl who was given the gift to talk to animals... she went nuts because she heard the bugs voices and the insults from dogs and cats towards humans.
  • If you have ever read a 250 pg + book in less than one day, copy and paste this into your profile blog. - Only once xD I'm a slow reader otherwise.
  • If you ever were told to go somewhere and you forgot why and you had to go back to find out copy this into your profile blog! - Lots of times.
  • If you don't know why people can't get it through their heads that members of the opposite sex can just be friends, copy and paste this into your profile blog. - Fuck those people who think that. They can't even understand why they were born?!
  • Most people would be offended if someone asked them what was wrong with their mind. Copy this into your profile blog if you would be one of the few people that would answer, "Where to begin?". - I take it as a compliment :3
  • If you have ever accidentally stabbed yourself or someone else with a pencil, copy and paste this onto your profile blog. - Does the temple of eye glasses or pen count?
  • If you have ever been hit in the face with a ball and started laughing maniacally, copy and paste this into your profile blog. - Basketball...
  • If you're against animal cruelty (horse slaughter, bear bating, dolphin hunting, chimp slavery etc.) then copy this into your profile blog! - I saw models strip for this kinda stuff xD
  • If you are crazed and proud of it copy and paste this onto your profile blog. - mmhmm... more or less.
  • If you have ever said something and two seconds later, completely forgot, copy and paste this to your profile blog. - Sad but true.
  • If you find people questioning your sanity, copy and paste this into your profile blog. - I question my own sanity.
  • If you wish it was summer vacation RIGHT NOW, copy and paste this into your profile blog. - Fuck school. Gimme some vacation!
  • If you think that being unique is cooler than being cool, copy this on your profile. - Totally.
  • If you have ever missed your mouth when trying to take a sip of water, copy and paste this into your profile blog. - The water spilled all over me :[
  • If you aren't scared to wear more than one black garment of clothing at a time, copy and paste this into you're profile blog. - Superstitious much?
  • If you are such a loser that you actually read all these 'If you ever blah blah blah, copy this into your profile' things, copy this into your profile blog. - I think it's fun.
  • Only crazy people can understand the brilliance of crazy things. If you are crazy and proud of it, copy and paste this into your profile blog! - Probably.
  • If you have a thing for pasting things on your profile blog, paste this on your profile blog. - For now.
  • If your profile is long, copy and paste this on it to make it even profile blog. - Awesome.

Segregation Between the Grades

11:59

I went to the SING competition/concert or whatever. After being forced to waste $5 and enduring the outside cold for about an hour, I was surprised to find so little people went :O Do more people go on the first day (yesterday) and last day (tomorrow)? I can guess that one of the reasons for today's small audience is because of the Twilight movie premiere. I seriously don't get why everyone wants to go watch it >.> The actor the Edward is so damn fugly and the book itself, in my opinion, wasn't that great, so why should the movie be any better?

Molly, Peter, Courtney, and I went to SING to support Rebecca, since she was in the Freshmore group. I don't think I regret going but the whole event was like three hours with super long, extended intermissions ;O PLUS: No FREE refreshments :[! Also, the beginning of each play or whatever they were doing, started out with one or two people singing this Tech song (different variations) and it just got annoying...

The juniors went first and put on a skit of a modified version of Romeo and Juliet. It was Romeo and Juliet turned black (not to be offensive/racist but that's the only way to describe it with all the rap, hip-hop, and break dancing xD; and besides, most of the performers were black). The dancing and singing were the best of the three groups but too bad Romeo and Juliet didn't die at the end :[ It was barely following the original storyline. Instead of a dispute between two households, it was this whole dance rivalry between preps (Capulet) and gangsters (Montague). Juliet, a dramatic perky person, meets Romeo, the only "gangster" without a fake afro, at a random party and fall in love. The famous balcony scene was included although it was a fire escape scene instead and there was no kiss even though Juliet expected one (Romeo was so dense >.>). It was funny how it turned out that Juliet's cousin, I believe Tybalt, dances to Barbie Girl and Pokemon theme song in his personal time---as well as turning out to be a gay guy who like candy pop (or some shit along those lines). I really like the trees xD They were colorful, with purple, green, yellow, and orange~

The seniors were funny. They did this whole thing where this girl meets a poor guy who used to be famous directing and managing shows and such. American Idol was one of the flashbacks and so this Asian girl with crutches and patched clothing comes along saying "I'm poor and I've got 7 children who broke my legs" xD It was so shocking, but she sang so well! Paula, as always, accepts anyone (as exaggerated by the girl acting as her) and Simon was asian, lmao! After the girl sang her awesome solo, Simon goes like, at least you don't suck as much as the juniors! The juniors previously, sang their last song about how the freshmores aren't going to win and how the seniors were going to lose and now the seniors made a comeback :P

By any means, I'm not a traitor. I just don't think the freshmores were good enough. The leads didn't talk into the microphone, so I couldn't hear them. The other didn't speak loud enough, so I couldn't hear them. I got the whole charade of their story though. About a time travel guy who unites a group including a jazz singer, a motherearth (weed) addicted hippi named Starshine, the dude from Grease, and a whole bunch of party people from the '90s for the talent show. The only other opponent was this conceited prep brat with her two followers who sang really good for their talent :O The time traveler just sang with the jazz singer a compilation of random songs (some were really nice to listen too) and then there's some dancing and the rest of his posy does cartwheels all around. The End. Then the blue bubble gum pop hair hippi guy comes in dancing around while he's high... it was hilarious because he constantly appeared throughout the different time intervals when it wasn't his scene.

I think I've ranted enough although I could add more... this is probably the shortest I can narrow down three hours of continuous entertainment down too and it's getting late... I got so much homework to do and the DDP project is due as well ;_;

DDP Frustration and Beer

17:15

DDP is really getting on my nerves. Not only did I fail the midterm so badly because I got confused about how they worded the damn question, but today, we once again see how much of an ass M***** (the annoying and probably most disliked person in the cluster---names shall not be mentioned) is. Because of this guy's irresponsibility, we are no longer allowed any freedom of speech with our peers or to walk around during our class work to aid others, unless given permission by our teacher. And it's because a certain someone *cough*fcktard*cough* misplaced his notebook. There is a possibility that someone took it as a joke and so the teacher got angry (since I'm pretty sure, she noticed, no one really like M*****, but that didn't mean we should pick on him) and threatened to call the dean if it were not found. The notebook was later discovered on the table in front of ours but no one knew who actually took it. I guess it was originally there; either the culprit placed it there unnoticed, or maybe, M*****, who always walks around asking for help all the time, left it there. Either way, he was careless for not taking care of his belongings. Since this incidence, our DDP instructor took away our freedom and if I were to perhaps, utter a word; I will receive a 5 point deduction.

I also have a DDP project due and I feel bad that my partner is doing most of the work while I laze around reading yaoi on the computer...I should really get started but procrastination is a habit that's hard to break.

Biology class is interesting, despite not understanding most of the things. Today, we learned how to make beer :O It was mentioned that a glass of wine is good for you because it is an anti-oxidant so it was concluded that biology teaches us that: Alcohol is good and Oxygen is bad.

Insanity

17:58
A few days ago, I learned the definition of insanity.
"When a person does something again and again, expecting new results. You know what's that called? That's actually the definition of insanity."
- Peer Mediation Teacher
I thought this was interesting... and it makes sense.
On another note, my biology teacher says some interesting things:
"If it stinks, it's biology.
If it explodes, it's chemistry.
If it doesn't work, it's physics."
... is what he says when my classmate asked "What's the difference between biology, chemistry, and physics?"

Procratinating on Geometry

22:50
I'm supposedly doing my geometry homework.
I supposedly started 1 and 20 minutes prior.
I am definitely on the first problem.
I am in trouble.

Not much for a first entry, eh. I'll write more tomorrow when I supposedly have time.
